The discussion on setting an age limit on social media in Cyprus should be preceded by an impact study, compensatory measures and the participation of children themselves, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of the Child, Elena Pericleous, told the Cyprus News Agency (CNA) on Thursday.
