A Cypriot official who briefed the press on Monday morning, following Péter Magyar’s sweeping electoral victory in Hungary, said that the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU intends to unblock the €90 billion loan package for Ukraine and the 20th package of sanctions against Russia as soon as conditions permit.
