During Cyprus' Presidency of the Council of the EU, there were two important decisions regarding Ukraine, the €90 billion loan and the new sanctions package agreed, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Thursday, at a doorstep statement at the informal European Council in Ayia Napa marina, under Cyprus Presidency.
