More than 20 bases of votive statues were discovered during the fifth excavation campaign at the Sanctuary of Apollo at Frangissa site in Pera Oreinis village, Nicosia district. The project is directed by Matthias Recke (University of Frankfurt), with Philipp Kobusch (University of Rostock) serving as Field Director. As in previous years, this project was generously supported by the Amricha Foundation in Leipzig and Argo Frankfurt.
