Cyprus records 3.3% of GDP surplus and public debt at 48.5% in Q2 2026

Cyprus’ seasonally adjusted general government surplus stood at 3.3% of GDP in the second quarter of 2026, while gross public debt declined to 48.5% of GDP, according to data published by Eurostat on Wednesday.
