The developments in the region and the electrical interconnection were among the issues discussed at the trilateral meeting between Cyprus, Greece, and France, held on Tuesday evening in New York. The meeting was attended by the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, the French President, Emmanuel Macron, and the Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis. In statements after the meeting, President Christodoulides said that he would also respond to Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan's speech during the former's address at the UN General Assembly.
