The Foreign Minister of the Republic of Cyprus Dr Constantinos Kombos was received by the UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy on Tuesday morning at the latter’s official residence in central London, just before diplomatic delegations of the two countries conducted the second review of the bilateral Strategic Dialogue.
