President to stress in Brussels need for active presence of EU in Syria

President of the Republic Nikos Christodoulides will underline at the European Council Meeting the need for close monitoring and active presence of the EU in shaping the new situation in Syria and will refer to the proposals of the Republic of Cyprus.
