Regulatory issues concerning the Cyprus-Crete electricity interconnection project, the progress of the project and the settlement of the relevant pending issues were among the topics discussed by the plenarιes of the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water of Greece (RAEAY) - Energy Sector and the Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority (RAEK) at a meeting on Thursday in Athens, with the two Authorities maintaining "a mutual approach on issues related to the project with the main objective of accelerating the implementation procedures for the benefit of consumers".
