High Commissioner of India to Cyprus Shri Manish, and Professor Philippos Pouyioutas, Rector of the University of Nicosia (UNIC, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Sunday, for the establishment of a Chair of Indian Studies at the University.
