The issue of Cyprus’ missing persons is a cause for the whole of Europe, Standing Rapporteur of the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE), MEP François-Xavier Bellamy, said Tuesday during a discussion on the issue in Brussels. He also suggested that the EU could make the solution of this issue a condition for continuing financial support to Turkey.
