Cyprus appears to support the euro as a tool that strengthens European identity and facilitates economic activities, according to the Eurobarometer presented on Friday by the European Commission. As in other eurozone member states, the Eurobarometer reflects challenges such as the need for economic reforms and the coordination of economic policy, which are issues that concern citizens.
