Cyprus’ Finance Minister Makis Keravnos participated on Friday in the EU Economic and Financial Affairs Council (Ecofin), held in Brussels. The session was dominated by discussions on the Savings and Investment Union, the advancement of the digital euro and the reform of the Customs Union. On Thursday, Keravnos participated in the Eurogroup meeting, where the Greek Minister of Finance, Kyriakos Pierrakakis, was elected as the new President.
