The United Nations Secretary-General recommends the renewal of UNFICYP mandate for a further 12 months, until 31 January 2027, while expressing in his Report on UNFICYP strong concern over in and around the buffer zone and also reiterates his concern regarding the situation in the fenced-off area of Varosha.
