Delegations from 18 EU member state capitals signed a joint declaration in Nicosia on Tuesday, within the framework of the 15th Annual Direct Dialogue between EU Capital City Mayors and the European Commission, seeking to be recognised as strategic partners and to be involved as key stakeholders in policy-making.
