The strengthening of ties between the European Union and the wider Latin America and Caribbean region is part of Cyprus’ Presidency of the Council of EU priorities, President of the Republic of Cyprus, Νikos Christodoulides, said on Friday, receiving the credentials of new Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Rubén Pino Martínez, at the Presidential Palace.
