The Government is launching a text messaging system to provide accurate and timely information to citizens starting today, by sending a test SMS to all mobile phone users in Cyprus at 19:00, Interior Minister Constantinos Ioannou said on Wednesday in a statement regarding the adoption of preventive self-protection measures.
