The prerequisites for the second installment from the Recovery and Resilience Facility have been completed, Cyprus’ President, Nikos Christodoulides, announced on Friday in his greeting at the opening of the urban sustainability Hub, "NOUS" Knowledge Hub of Strovolos – U SOLVE Project, in Strovolos, Nicosia.
