The challenges and priorities regarding the adaptation of Cohesion Policy to new EU needs, such as defence, security and competitiveness, as well as the architecture of Cohesion Policy after 2027, were the main topics of discussion at the EU General Affairs Council on Cohesion Policy issues, which took place on Friday in Brussels, with the participation of the Acting Permanent Secretary of Directorate General Growth, Penelope Papavassiliou, on behalf of Cyprus.
