Close cooperation and coordination between the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU and the European Commission to advance an “ambitious and open” European trade policy were underscored by Deputy Minister for European Affairs Marilena Raouna and European Commissioner for Trade and Economic Security, Interinstitutional Relations and Transparency Maroš Šefčovič, during their meeting on Thursday at the Secretariat of the Cyprus Presidency in Nicosia, in the context of the Commissioner’s visit to Cyprus.
