Cyprus will “do its best” during its EU Presidency to create the conditions for opening the first chapters of Ukraine’s accession process, President Nikos Christodoulides said on Thursday during a meeting with the Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament, Ruslan Stefanchuk, in Kyiv.
