Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides was awarded the state decoration of Kazakhstan, the Order of Friendship, which is awarded for outstanding contribution to the promotion of international cohesion, coexistence and cooperation between nations. The Order of Friendship was awarded by the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev Wednesday, in the framework of the President's visit to Astana, the first ever by a Cyprus President.
