EUCO conclusions enshrine equal participation of all member states in COP 31 in Antalya

The European Council Conclusions include, at Cyprus’ initiative, an explicit reference to the equal participation and treatment of all EU member states at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Antalya, Türkiye (COP31).
