A message of peace, cooperation and reunification was at the heart of the sixth Bicommunal Peace Festival, held on Saturday evening at the futsal ground in Pyla, in the presence of President of the Republic Nikos Christodoulides and Turkish Cypriot leader Tufan Erhürman. The festival returned after a seven-year hiatus, bringing the island's two communities together in one of Cyprus' few remaining mixed villages.
