President of the Republic Nikos Christodoulides said that discussions on substance and methodology of the Cyprus issue during the upcoming visit of the UN Secretary-General’s Personal Envoy, Maria Angela Holguin, and the outcome of the EU’s efforts on the Cyprus problem would determine whether a meeting in a broader format under the UN Secretary-General would take place.
