Representatives of Cyprus’ Higher Education Institutions had recently the opportunity to meet with a representative of the University of Hanoi in Vietnam (HANU), with the aim of strengthening international cooperation and promoting educational excellence through exchanges of students and academic/administrative staff, the Education Ministry said in a press release.
