Challenges related to the development of civil-military and crisis management capabilities are the focus of the 2nd module of the 20th EU High Level Seminar on Common Security and Defence Policy, under the name "Jose Cutileiro", which takes place from 25 to 29 November in Larnaca, the Ministry of Defence said in a statement on Monday.
