Yellow warning for thunderstorms on Monday

Thunderstorms are expected on Monday, according to a yellow warning issued by Cyprus’ Meteorology Department.

According to the warning, between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday isolated heavy thunderstorms are expected to affect the island at intervals.

Rainfall is expected to range between 35 and 50 millimeters per hour, while hail is also possible.
