The European Commission delivered on Friday 500,000 doses of foot and mouth disease (FMD) serotype SAT1 vaccine to the competent authorities of the Republic of Cyprus. The vaccines are intended to support vaccination activities in Turkish occupied areas of the Republic of Cyprus where the government does not exercise effective control.
