Cyprus is at the forefront of the EU's efforts to build regional partnerships, European Commissioner for the Mediterranean, Dubravka Šuica, stressed on Tuesday, adding that Cyprus is a bridge between Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean and the Gulf.
