Outgoing EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, is visiting Cyprus on Friday and Saturday and will participate in a meeting of civil society organizations from both the Israeli and Palestinian sides, according to a press release issued by the European Commission.
