The European Statistical Office (Eurostat), published on Thursday data on the distribution of vehicles across the European Union at regional level for the year 2024. According to the data, Cyprus records a share of 0.51% electric passenger cars out of the total number of passenger vehicles. At the same time, Cyprus is included among the 15 EU regions with the highest share of utility vehicles, with around 17% of all vehicles.
