The fiscal surplus of the General Government reached €770.6 million, or 2.0% of GDP, in the January-July 2026 period, compared with a surplus of €759.6 million, or 2.1% of GDP, in the corresponding period of 2025, according to preliminary fiscal results released by the Statistical Service of Cyprus on Monday.
